Oulcan is an electronic music producer and performer who is based in Ankara/Turkey. On top of this, he integrates his music with his own short films and videos. Oulcan, who started his musical journey with his uncle’s (Serdar Nabi) guitar, was accepted to an art school in Berlin and he will continue his music career there. His aim is to reflect his feelings and stories to the audience as a performer.
